US PGA master golf instructor; Author of "Tiger Woods—The Secret of the Inner Swing". He currently is living in Thailand; and is a golf instructor who receives requests from around the world. He was trained by David Leadbetter, Butch Harmn, Earl Woods and GrandMaster Paul Bertholy.  He has studied Qigong with Guo Lien Ying, Chiang Yun Chung, Hui Lui, Mantak Chia, David Shen and Daniel Reid.

Dr. Chen is presently on faculty at Kunming Medical College, Kunming, Yunnan Province, P.R. of China.  He is a Qian-kung School Master of Wu-Dan Qigong, and the inheritor of 18th generation. He began to study Wu-Shu (martial arts) from his father as a child. He has trained for 20 years, and studied Wu-Dan Qigong following Qian-kung School grandmaster Liu Weiqin.

Dr. Chin is from Joyous Life Energy Center, New York City, New York.  He is a board certified acupuncturist and teacher of professorships at C.W. Post College and Long Island University.  Master of T'ai Chi Ch'uan and Jow Ga Kung Fu and is a certified Qigong Master who energetically blends the medicines and practices of the East and West to rebalance the whole person in body, mind and spirit. Bio:

Dr. Dibble received his PhD in Geochemistry at Stanford University in 1980.  He worked in industry until 1997 when he started work with Dr. Tiller in the psychoenergetics area.  He has published several scientific papers in the field of geochemistry and more recently in the newly emerging field of subtle energy.

Our research has produced robust experimental evidence for the effects of human intention on physical reality.  The experimental space is raised to a higher physics gauge symmetry allowing a number of interactions not normally observed to manifest.  Detecting subtle energies in such a space provides insights into the mechanism of Qigong and other effects.

Bio:

Dr. Alex Feng, a Taoist Master and Founder of the Zhi Dao Guan Center.  The Center will focus on the teaching and practice of Taoist precepts, internal Chinese martial arts and healing with traditional Chinese medical practices.  He founded Wu Tao Kuan, martial arts institute.  His Institute has produced a number of state, national and international champions in Tai Ji, Wu Shu and Judo/Jujitsu. He is well known as a practitioner of Chinese medicine and is an international lecturer.  Dr. Feng is a clinical professor at the Oakland Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Sciences. He is past president of NCCAOM, a national organization certifying practitioners of acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and Asian bodywork.

The famous Chinese physician Hua Tuo created the "Five Animal Form" in the second century A.D. The form mimics the movements of the tiger, bear, deer, monkey, and bird to facilitate the cultivation of Qi and spirit by the practitioners.  The "Five Animal Play" focuses on the training of internal Qi. It combines the soft and hard interpretation of movements with the focus of guiding Qi flow in the body.  As an internal form, there are also martial arts implication.

Bio:

Adrian Florea is from Romania.  He is founder of Qitaky Qigong.  He also is founder of the following:  Romanian Institute for the Development of Human Potential; Romanian Qitaky Foundation; and Romanian Qigong Association.  He is a member of the China Association for Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Romanian Society of Psychoneuroendocrinology.  He teaches courses in the following:  Qigong, Taijiquan, Chinese food and diet therapy, Tuinaology, re-circulation of sexual energy, healing sounds and martial arts.

I will present Medical Qigong theories regarding emotional imbalances such as depression, anger, sadness and grief.  "Energetic psychology" will be explained, and I will demonstrate and teach, self-healing medical qigong exercises which help balance the emotions.  These exercises can be prescribed to patients by Chinese Medicine practitioners.  This lecture will be based on the contents of my forthcoming book, Medical Qigong Emotional Therapeutics.

Discussion of a research paper to prove the value of Qigong regarding three experiments on mice.  The results have proven that the amounts of alive hematopoietic stem cells of Qi treated mice have protected the hematopoietic stem cells of the bone marrow from the inhibitory effects of Cyclophosphamide and X-rays. Bio:

Michael Mayer, PhD, is a licensed Psychologist, hypnotherapist and Qigong teacher who specializes in giving his patients self-healing methods for health problems.  He is a core staff member and co-founder of The Health Medicine Institute, a multidisciplinary team practicing integrative healthcare.  Dr. Mayer was perhaps the first Psychologist in the country to train Doctoral Psychology students in the integration of Qigong and Psychotherapy.  He is authored, developed audio tapes on cancer and chronic diseases; and a video tape on Bodymind Healing Qigong.

Cancer telomere is usually anywhere between 2-4 times higher than corresponding normal cell telomere; and a cancer cell cannot divide if its telomere becomes too low. Discussion of the study and the success in the reduction of cancer cells.

We bring state-of-the-art in digital Kirlian photography to assess your energy fields in real-time.  This new technology allows us to make scientific calculations on the energy emitted, calculating the energy flow in the acupuncture meridian, organ tissues, and charkas.  Through this process we are developing scientific understanding of qi, qigong, and medical qigong in health and healing.  Energy fields of participants will be measured before and after various qigong exercises; some patients and qigong masters before and after they perform external qi healing.  Results will be discussed.

Dr. Shinnick was a US Olympic long jumper (Tokyo '64) and as the leader of a seminal health trip to China in 1976, Dr. Shinnick was led early in his career to apply the principles of body energy in sport to health care (UC Berkley, Rutgers).  He is a licensed acupuncturist in New York, a clinical assistant professor at New York Medical College and a researcher applying Oriental and Occidental medicine to treating disease.

Bio:

Yuan Suming, born in Kunming of China in 1956, he learnt Qigong T'aiji Ch'uan and Neijia Gongfu from masters since 1970. He has grasped the secret skill of Neijia Qigong to become and energy healer.  He began to research the effect of Qi treating patients since 1985, has presented at national Qigong meetings in China and published several papers. He currently is associate professor at Yunnan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.  He has been a visiting scholar in the physiology department in both Kunming Medical College and Xian Medical University; and visiting research fellow at Qigong Institute of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Discussion of a research paper to prove the value of Qigong regarding three experiments on mice.  The results have proven that the amounts of alive hematopoietic stem cells of Qi treated mice have protected the hematopoietic stem cells of the bone marrow from the inhibitory effects of Cyclophosphamide and X-rays. Jack TU started Kung Fu with his father, TU, Jin Sheng.  Since 1989-1995 he has been on several shows to perform Kung Fu.  He was born in Taipei, Taiwan and has learned various traditional Wushu and National forms in Taiwan. He is being trained in Taiwan Wushu Federation. He has taught Wushu and has won numerous awards for Kung Fu the past two years.  These awards are the following:  1st place in Empty Hand form in Traditional Kung Fu Competition, 1st place in Empty Hand form in International Chinese Martial Arts Championship, won gold in broad sword and Long Fist in Tiger Balm Competition, won 2 gold in Eagle Claw and broad sword, 2 silver in long fist and three section staffs and a bronze in staff in 23 rd Annual Can-Am Championships.

Bio:

Zhongxian WU has studied qigong, martial arts, Chinese medicine, Yijing science and ancient Chinese music over past 25 years.  He is lineage holder of four different traditions of Qigong and martial arts, has instructed thousands of students in the art of Qigong since 1988.  In China, he served as Director of the Shaanxi Province Association for Somatic Science and Research of Taoist Nourishing Life Practices.  He conducted many investigations into clinical efficacy of Qigong and authored numerous works on the philosophical and historical backgrounds of China's ancient life sciences.

Bio:

Garret Yount, PhD, is a molecular biologist at California Pacific Medical Center Research Institute.  His laboratory focuses on helping patients with brain tumors by evaluating promising complementary and alternative therapies.  Dr. Yount and his collaborator Yifang Qian, MD, PhD, have worked together with Qigong practitioners and other spiritual healers since 1995.

Bio:

Dr. ZHANG has created a modern version of traditional Chinese medicine, drawing heavily on both Qigong and I-Ching. The Chinese People Liberation Army selected him to prepare the Army units being assigned to duty in high Himalayan mountains in 1988-90.  He was selected to be Chairman of both Taiwan travelers hospital and the Red Cross Society of China Hospital.  His interest has centered around treatment of cancer and maintaining health of the elderly; longevity with good health. In 1998 he was invited to US to share his experience with an organization of American pharmacists who were introducing natural medicines to other pharmacists.
